an all levels 60 minute yoga flow class for your group. The sky is the limit for any playlist or themes you want to add to this. We do everything from all your favorite songs to Lion King yoga to Beyonce yoga to Barbie soundtrack yoga. This package also includes props (glow crowns, jungle bracelets etc) when a theme is selected.

Hydration IV and Yoga Packages

We partner with vibe life to offer a rejuvenating experience of yoga followed by hydration ivs. IVs can include Vitamin C for glow, B-Complex for energy and Magnesium for calm.

YOGA AND SOUND BATH DEEP DIVES

OUR PRIVATE PARTIES CAN INCLUDE SOUND BATHS FOR YOUR GROUP FOLLOWING YOUR FLOW EXPERIENCE.
